I believe the 6th round of the VSS XC, coming up next Sunday. It is also the Champs round. Will this also mean extra bonus points per placing' ?
If so, it will make for some competitive racing for the Masters.
Not to mention the Mens Elite, only 15 points between Murray Spink and Adrian Jackson. Murray made a mighty fine effort the weekend before in the BMC 100KM CLASSIC, cleaning up 1st in Elite and Overall, but can he holdout to Adrian this weekend?
The Elite Women, may have a few away overseas, but there is still Jo Wall, Kelly Bartlett, Jenni King and Erica Gurner, could take full points on the day to take the season.
Sport A Men, less than 20 points separates the first 4 places, they should not be wanting anyone to spoil their fun on the day either.
Duncan Murray is walking all over the Veteran Men.
A battle of the up and comings in the Under 17 Men. Matthew Keays and Matt Kidd, there is 50 points between them. Keays taking most of the 1st places this season, and is not likely to give the final race way easily.
The Under 15 Men have had three riders extremely consist at all 5 races, Samuel Davis, Jarryd Jones and Trent Bucknell. The placing may be all but said and done, but watch-out, they're not likely to be taking any prisoners there.
With weather currently being forecast as Showers and 15, the heat is unlikely to be a factor, but who has been out honing their slippery conditions skills?
Word is "Dirt Riders have been doing quite a bit of work to the track", should be a fine course to finish of an excellent season.
Notice that Dirt Riders have entry forms already available on their website.
Bring it on!
